DOTD Web site to be temporarily unavailable

BATON ROUGE, La. – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announced today that its Web site will be temporarily unavailable during the weekends of Oct. 31-Nov. 1, Nov. 7-8, and Nov. 14-15 due to electrical renovations at the DOTD Headquarters Building in Baton Rouge.
System power will be turned off and the server will be offline between the hours of 6:30 a.m., Saturday, and 6 p.m., Sunday.
During that time, DOTD will be able to receive emails from the public, and the 511 Traveler Information System will be accessible at
www.511la.org or by dialing 511 from your telephone.
