The inside lane of U.S. 190 westbound at the Amite River Bridge will be closed from Tuesday, August 31, through Thursday, September 2 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day to allow crews to deliver materials to the jobsite.

This closure will allow vehicles up to 11 feet wide to pass through the construction zone. The road is open for regular traffic but oversize vehicles and loads are still under permit restrictions. Motorists may use I-12 as an alternate route.
