Grand Ecore Bridge Project Update

La. 6 at the Grand Ecore Bridge will be completely closed from Monday, Jan. 31 at 11:30 p.m., to Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 4:30 a.m., to allow crews to relocate the existing metal stringers in the bridge substructure. 

Oversize loads will not be allowed to pass through the construction zone and must detour using La. 1.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
