The groundbreaking ceremony celebrating the start of construction on the I-12 Widening Project will be Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at 1:45 p.m. It will be held at the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Administrative Building located at 300 Brownswitch Road, Slidell.
