Completed: Our crews have completed the removal of all of the required light poles along US 61 project area in preparation for the construction of new left turn lanes. Drainage structures were also removed from the median of Airline Hwy at LA 431, so two new casings can be installed to double the current drainage capacity under Airline Hwy.

Current Work: The contractor is now beginning to install the two new casings in median of Airline Hwy at LA 431. The installation will not cause any lane closures. On the south end of the project the contractor is also starting work on asphalt patch work.
