NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that ferry service between Algiers Point and Canal Street will resume at 3 p.m., following an emergency repair to the Motor Vessel Frank X. Armiger. The vessel will operate its normal schedule.
