BATON ROUGE – Due to Hurricane Katrina, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) has cancelled two upcoming public hearings for the project captioned below. The public hearings were to be held on Sept. 13 and 15, 2005, in St. Charles and Lafourche Parishes, respectively.
