Relief fund for DOTD employeesThe Department of Transportation and Development Federal Credit Union has established a relief fund for employees whose homes and lives were devastated by hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

Donations to the “DOTD Employee Hurricane Relief Fund” may be made by visiting the credit union or by mailing them to LA DOTD Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 2111, Baton Rouge, LA 70821-2111. Mailed donations should specifically reference the account.

Donations will remain in the account until an external committee is established to administer the fund. Donations will not be tax-deductible because the credit union is not a bona fide charitable organization.
