The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) in conjunction with the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD), and in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), is conducting a study to determine the feasibility of extending the Interstate 69 Connector from Highway 278, near Wilmar, Arkansas, to Interstate 20 in Louisiana.
Both public meetings will be conducted in an open house format affording those in attendance an opportunity to ask questions, comment on the need for the Interstate 69 Connector Extension, review the preliminary findings of the study and provide additional input for the study.
Representatives of the AHTD, DOTD and the consultant preparing the study will be at the meetings to answer questions and receive comments.
